The theme of the event is “Japanese Food & Culture Reward Market for Us”,
It is an urban event where visitors can enjoy sake, beverages, and food from various regions of Japan, meet producers, and experience new food culture.
About 70 makers of not only food, but also tableware, sundries, skincare, and other items will participate in the event. It is a special three-day event where you can enjoy “eating, drinking, and buying” carefully selected delicacies.

Sake made in Japan Tasting Experience” to taste a wide variety of sake from various regions of Japan
There are still many “Sake made in Japan” in various parts of Japan that you are not aware of. About 20 companies producing and selling a wide variety of Japanese sake, including sake, shochu, craft beer, and fruit wine, will gather at this event. The “Sake made in Japan Tasting Ticket” allows visitors to enjoy a unique sake tasting experience that can only be experienced at this event.

Food creators from around Japan will introduce “otsumami” (snacks) made with uniquely Japanese ingredients that go well with sake. We hope you will enjoy these “unknown” tasty experiences that will broaden your tastes.
Delicious local catering:Del icious local delicacies that are hard to find in Tokyo are delivered freshly prepared. PONCUEBON, based in Hiroshima, will be serving lemon sours paired with fried oysters and gibier sausage. Beef tongue yaki, stewed beef tongue, and beef tongue curry by Sendai's Senichi Horumon are also recommended.
A selection of snacks from around Japan:A selection of “little bites to go with sake” from around Japan. Hayasaka Foods in Tsuruoka, Yamagata offers additive-free handmade kimchi by Emmy and Yamagata's local sake, while Dairy & Yeast in Kobe, Hyogo offers homemade cheese and Japanese wine pairings.
Enjoy a wide selection of sweets for both sake and non-drinkers, including vegan ice cream and doughnuts by A'bake (available on the 23rd only) and cream daifuku by Daitokuya Chokyu, a wagashi shop that has been in Chinese cuisine since 1716 (the first year of the Kyoho Era). The event will also feature cream daifuku (rice cake) from Oharaki Honpo Daitokuya Chokyu, a Japanese sweets shop established in 1716.

“COFFEE CEREMONY IN GINZA”
Shinji Otsuoyori of Kyoto-based product design firm PUBLIC SERVICE held the first drip performance using coffee tools developed for the Milano Salone Satellite 2024 exhibition. At the venue, he demonstrated a unique drip performance using the “COFFEE CEREMONY,” a coffee tool developed and produced with 10 craftsmen. Visitors can enjoy an exquisite drip time to appreciate the tools and enjoy coffee in a space reminiscent of a tea ceremony room.
